JTB Corporation is a privately owned organization and its main shareholders are the Japan Travel Bureau Foundation, East Japan Railway Co, JTB Contract Hotel Association, Central Japan Railway Co and West Japan Railway Co. Head office is in Tokyo and in Japan the company has 323 branches.We have offices in 70 locations worldwide.

JTB New Zealand Limited was first established in Auckland in 1987 as JTB's representative in New Zealand. Subsequently offices were opened in Christchurch and Queenstown. The details are as follows,
